You do not have to connect anything. The whole training system, drills, scoring, schedules, customs, invoicing, scripts and partner portals work with no CRM connected at all. Connecting one adds your live revenue and subscriber numbers to your own dashboard. That is the only thing it is for, and you can disconnect it in one click without losing any of the rest.
What we can see, plainly: the key is encrypted before it is stored, it never leaves our server, and it is only ever read.
