Before you book
Do I need the Pro plan for this?
No. The session works with Starter and Pro. We configure whatever your plan includes, and if Pro features would clearly pay for themselves in your setup, we will tell you honestly, and if not, we will tell you that too.
My agency is already running. Is this still for me?
Especially then. Running agencies usually get the most out of the session, because we calibrate against real numbers instead of assumptions and usually find revenue hiding in dead hours and untracked flows.
Can I share the scripts?
With your own team, absolutely, that is what they are for. Outside your agency, no: every script is watermarked to your account and licensed to your agency only, and passing them on ends the license. Full details are in the Terms.
What does the direct line cover?
Backend questions: setup, metrics, QA, schedules, payouts, reports. It is a direct channel to the founder for making the platform work for your agency, on top of the regular support every plan includes.
